Chemical Corporation (UK) Ltd has developed a complete oil exchange service for onshore wind turbines. This not only offers customers the superb range of Mobil SHC approved lubricants, but also a new and innovative method in delivering these products up to the gearbox that could be standing over 400ft in the air.
We are the sole UK distributor for Mobil SHC Gear 320 WT lubricant and European Distributors for premiere USA equipment supplier, Sage Oil Vac. By using a Sage Oil Vac gear oil exchange pumping unit to carry out these lubricant exchanges we can remove some of the dangers that have historically surrounded servicing onshore wind turbines, making servicing safer, cleaner, faster and more cost effective than ever before.
A separate hose removes waste oil, and a heated generator improves oil flow, making our system efficient and cost-effective. We can service 3 wind turbines per day using qualified operators and GWO engineers. All waste oil is removed at no cost to the customer. We are licenced to dispose of waste oil, and it is recycled.
